• For general customer orders: Free standard shipping for orders over $50. 
• For wholesale customer order: Free standard shipping for orders over $200

          International Shipping & Delivery Times

• Standard & Express shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

• We offer 30 day returns for any reason. All items being returned must be unused and in their original packaging, including tags. To exchange products, your product must be in its original, unworn state. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability.
• All return enquiries will be responded to by our support team within one business day. The cost of returning or exchanging the item(s) by post is at the expense of the customer, unless the item is faulty.Please contact us at sales@redfoxhub.com.au before returning your item(s). Money will be refunded into the original account within 3-5 business days.

• RedFoxHub offers 1 year warranty for our bag products. We do not cover damage due to excessive wear and tear. If you have purchased a bag through one of our stockists and it has a quality issue, please contact them directly about this.
